Leadership Team

Following a career spanning 25 years with Aerospace Corporate, Rolls-Royce, James moved to lead Renewable Parts to become a global player in parts supply chain solutions.  An engineer by background, James' experiences from years within Aftermarket, and Maintenance Repair and Overhaul, has helped shape the development of Renewable Parts' service model and the technologies for parts remanufacture.  A leading advocate of the circular economy, James has spearheaded many sustainable practice initiatives within the wind industry in its drive to attain Net Zero. 

Cath joined Renewable Parts in 2017 after serving as finance director for fast-growing SMEs. She brings considerable financial and strategic experience to the business and focuses on driving the company to become a successful financially viable business.

Paul joined Renewable Parts in 2025, bringing more than 15 years of commercial leadership experience across industrial and technical sectors. As Head of Sales & Marketing, he leads the company’s commercial growth strategy, developing key customer relationships and building high performing sales teams across its markets. Paul is focused on creating ongoing customer value and expanding Renewable Parts’ position as a leading supply chain and circular economy partner to the wind industry.

Fred became the Operations Director for Renewable Parts in 2017 after joining the company as an account manager. He came to the energy industry after working in logistics and warehousing with major firms in Ukraine and Scotland.

Magnus manages Renewable Parts growing Innovation Centre in Argyll, leading a team of mechanical and electrical engineers to refurbish and remanufacture goods. He's been with the business for over 6 years and has been integral to the huge growth in refurbished parts during that time. Magnus is passionate about creating and developing opportunities for young people in the Argyll area through apprenticeships and work placements. 

Michael joined Renewable Parts in 2018, having spent the previous 12 years running businesses in the leisure marine industry. With a degree in Manufacturing Engineering and Management, Michael's focus has always been on growth of our refubishment and remanufacturing capabilities. Since the summer of 2024, Michael has been heading up the company's US branch in Texas.
